Disliked:Parking. Most places will at least validate parking. Hotels used to give out matches. Now they don’t even make them available. Must walk a couple of blocks to get a light

Nice hotel .. poor communication at check-in

Liked:Very disappointed that $150.00 holding on my credit card takes 2-3 working day to be put back on my account. This is a ridiculous amount of time for this to be refunded. Tip don’t put it on your travel card put it on your cc.

Disliked:Be upfront with guests to how long the holding money takes to to be refunded. We were told straight away and we are now day 2.
