Liked:Cleanliness & decor.

Disliked:We'd booked a family room for 7. Thought sofa bed would have been made up in advance and more towels provided.

Liked:Hot tub and pool. Also towels close by. Excellent breakfast.

Very relaxing and the hotel was very quiet

Liked:Breakfast was good., we enjoyed the pool and location of hotel we could walk to the stores in the mall

Disliked:we missed a waffle maker at breakfast. The remote for the tv was hard to use

Liked:ALL the staff were exceptional. Front desk, Breakfast Attendant, Cleaning staff; every single one of them gave us a smile and a friendly greeting. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was exceptional, and not because it was included. They are all doing things right at this hotel. I highly recommend it.

Disliked:That we couldn't stay longer.
