Payment
Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Important Information
Please inform Studios Raphael in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the accommodation is located within a 3-storey building and is accessed via a staircase. There is no lift. There is no onsite parking. Guests are advised to use public car parks, or to park in neighbouring streets. Please note that there is no reception at the property and luggage storage is not possible. Guests are required to clean the accommodation before departure. For stays of 5 nights or more, a change of bed linen and towels is provided free of charge upon request. Managed by a private host
