Nice room, probably would not stay again

Disliked:Had to pay for WiFi, the check in person tried to tell me I hadn’t paid and would have to rebook the night versus calling over for management to help fix the problem and kept saying my card declined very loudly several times.

Disliked:Very busy for HUGE concert. May suggest adding some type of speaker system to hear the receptionist during check in. Exceptional receptionist were during their best! They couldn’t hear me and I couldn’t hear them at times. Just a suggestion.
