Great location but somethings could be done correctly with staff and the room could have been fixed.

Liked:The Valet guys were awesome. They were all very poliet and understanding. Really good at their jobs. The Bar was by far the nicest place in the whole hotel.
Disliked:The room had a stain on the floor under a table and the faucet in the bathroom was broke no cold water was avaliable. Other than that is was a very nice room. The hotel lobby person that checked me in looked down on my party like we were at the wrong hotel when she never gave me a chance to show my confirmation number then changed her attitude after she finely search for my reservations that I made online a week ago. I did take her attitude as a kindly type of person.

Perfect property but if it’s busy downtown, plan to be booked somewhere else.

Liked:Executive King suite was spacious and perfect
Disliked:They overbooked the hotel for the weekend. I booked my stay 5 months in advance and was staying for the weekend. I got bumped to the hotel 2 blocks away. The Marriott Grand was hosting my daughter’s dance competition and it made it VERY inconvenient to transport 2 little girls and their dance things 2 blocks in the city of St. Louis. I live in the county and was just staying her for convenience. Well, it wasn’t very convenient after all. Plus they didn’t notify me a head of time, which would have been great. I unloaded all of our belongings plus dance props, moved my car a block away to their parking garage, walked all the way back, only to be told to go get my vehicle and pack everything up again to be moved to the other hotel.

Room had high ceilings, extremely comfy pillows and sheets. Great bathroom too!

Liked:Easy check in and out, helpful staff, and great location for our trip. Love the fitness center.
Disliked:The room needed more attention to cleaning. Needed more dusting. Beds not too comfortable, dented mattress.
