Do better?

Liked:It’s a nice hotel overall.

Disliked:Well it needs to get renovated the bathrooms especially and the beds. When we arrived I had food crumbs in the bed before getting into it I just had arrived. Parking was trouble and I’d parked in the grave across the street they don’t even honor those tickets. The hotel need to do better! Scenery is nice, gives upscale

Liked:Nice hotel with a great atmosphere! A big thanks to Naveen Kumar, the Food and Beverage Manager. He did an excellent job coordinating the right food for someone in our group who felt sick, despite a very hectic schedule. Naveen is a true role model in guest relations—his top-tier service and genuine care made all the difference. Highly recommended!
