I would stay at a Hampton Inn again. Just not this one.

Liked:Very nice pace to stay. Very clean and facilities were very nice.
Disliked:I was not aware that I would have to pay a $20 parking fee. I would have appreciated knowing about this before. Staff was also rude.

It was okay but I would not stay here again.

Liked:I liked that the room was clean.
Disliked:There was a confusion about how exactly to get the room, we went into the wrong section of the building. We also lost our parking pass some how as we were putting everything into our room, we came to the lobby to tell them, they were rude and made us pay double for parking.

Liked:Location. Buffet was good.
Disliked:Our room had a bad smell and something on the wall that looked like blood. A homeless man came in and asked them where the bathroom was, then he went and got food off the buffet. Don't mind him eating but he was dirty - pretty sure there were a lot of germs on his hands and he was using all the self-serve spoons that everyone after that had to use. After that he went into the elevator and up to the customer floors. The front desk person was watching this and didn't say anything to him. Felt it was unsafe for him to be on the floor with hotel patrons.
