WORST four seasons I've ever been at (I've been at over 100)

Liked:Very racist staff. The front desk lady is cool, and the security is very nice. Everyone else, especially the manager, Tatiana & Lauren are absolutely deplorable, racist, and very rude. These people do not deserve your money, and don't care whether you spend thousands, they'll still treat you like a piece of sh!t on the floor. Insanely sickening. They deserve to get fired, and kicked out of St. Louis.

Worst Hotel experience

Liked:Worst experience ive had at a four seasons. This is not a luxury property at all. They have rude customers service, inexperienced security and worst of all the restaurant. Worst restaurant i have ever been too. GM needs to do something about Tatiana Suero & Lauren Heebner

Staff is what makes this place so amazing with their kindness and how accommodating they were.

Liked:The staff was the highlight of our stay. So kind, accommodating and understanding to our situation. We had to bring our dog with us last minute and she has some issues. They let us use the service elevator to be able to take her outside which was so extremely helpful.

Disliked:The elevator situation is not great with having to hop onto another elevator from lobby to get to your room. Also, the Casino is so depressing and not a fan of it being so close to the hotel. I also didn't love the locale.

Not the best 4 Seasons... just ok

Liked:I usually like to just be positive so I will start with housekeeping does a great job- rooms are kept very clean. Bed is very comfortable. Gym is great! Uh... nice people work there. Food is just ok at Gordon Ramsey nothing at all to write up. I just don't have much else to say. I feel bad for downtown St. Louis and when you see the view from the gym you will understand why or the drive in and looking on the side of the freeway. Plus the hotel is attached to a casino and it is not fancy by any means. We also did not feel safe at all walking back to the hotel after the Cardinals game (order Uber). This isn't the hotel's fault by any means. Honestly, if I went to a Cardinals game again I would stay at the Ritz in Clayton as apparently that is a much nicer area.
