Disliked:One of the receptionists doesnt speak english, was very hard to communicate sometimes. There where areas not properly cleaned in the rooms specially in the corners and behing furniture, there was some dust

Worst experience, never book this property in future

Disliked:I couldn't travel due to medical emergency and I have request for date change and later cancelation. Property never replied any messages. Moreover then I called them they were very rude and asked not to call them directly rather Booking.com team should call them. Even booking.com team never did anything to handle this situation.
