Would definitely not recommend this place to a little healthy person, a tall person and also the women’s who are alone c

Liked:The location which was closer to Staten Island’s Ferry and the place it self was clean.

Disliked:At first as the owner told us to leave him a text messages half an hour before we arrive we did and after half hour out of curiosity we just called him and he said that he had told us to text half hour before we arrive but that’s fine he will be there in five minutes so i told him the the i send the text to him and when he arrives no apologies nothing. He was kind of a self obsessed person. Ok the biggest reason i give this place low rating is the bathroom, I know and i admit that it’s my fault too that i should’ve checked the comments and pics which i always do but this time in hurry i just booked this place and after seeing the bathroom were even kids could barely fit i was so shocked and mad that what did i just did for myself because we had a doctors appointment in the morning and we were going everywhere at the night time but the bathroom was the only reason that we booked this place so before going to doctor we could have our own private bathroom where we can get fresh. And honestly he could spend a money and change the toilet direction towards the shower but i was really surprised that after so many complaints he didn’t do anything. Anyways i am pretty sure i won’t repeat my mistake again and i hope the owner try to fix this issue.

Amazingly convenient for parking and accessing Manhattan

Liked:The host was such a lovely man - he saved us a parking space by the house and was happy to give local recommendations.

Disliked:The ceilings were too low for my 6 foot 3 husband so he hit his head quite badly by the entrance to the kitchen.

Liked:well maintained studio, clean with comfortable beds.

Disliked:Bath room is too compact, and AC in the room is noisy. Its better to install AC in the window instead. Access way is not clean
