Good position, Bad room

Liked:Position of the hotel in respect to supermarket Intermarché and bus stop is fantastic, I went to CERN everyday quite easily. The brekfast consist in few options but it is generally good

Disliked:The condition of the room was unacceptable. It appeared not to have been cleaned before my arrival, as there was dust everywhere and one of the towels was dirty. After I requested an additional cleaning, only one clean towel was provided, and the toilet paper was never replaced. This level of cleanliness and service is disappointing and does not meet basic standards.

No longer worth the money

Liked:I have been staying at Premiere Classe for 20 years, initially for work and later for vacations. Over this long period, I have unfortunately noticed a significant decline in the quality of the infrastructure, services, and staff. While I still appreciate the concept of a functional, budget-friendly hotel, the property is now in serious need of maintenance. Additionally, it is clear that the selection process and training for the staff need to be improved. I hope to see these issues addressed so the hotel can return to the standards I once valued.

Disliked:I arrived late at night only to find that there were no towels provided in the room for me and my travel companion. Since I knew in advance that the reception is unmanned at night, I had no choice but to wait until the next morning to resolve the issue. However, the main problem was how the staff handled the situation the following day. Instead of a professional apology, the interaction was filled with unnecessary drama and arguments. While I did eventually receive a 15% discount on the room price, it took a lot of exhausting back-and-forth to get there. Furthermore, the property is in desperate need of maintenance. The bathroom had a persistent smell and visible water leak damage. I also found broken light fixtures with exposed wiring and an open light bulb, which is a safety concern. Overall, the cleanliness was at the lower end of the spectrum, and it feels as though the place hasn't been properly maintained in years.
