Disliked:The room was very small with a tv that was too large for the size of the room. The chairs in the room were very uncomfortable to sit in. Very tiny windows that did not allow for a lot of natural light in the room.

I love this hotel. Please be sure to keep the warmth on tap. It has a long history.

Liked:The hotel is always excellent. The last of its kind in the province. Aman in the bar was excellent and the breakfast staff also. I’m sure it’s hard to find this kind of employee. Checking in is a vital way to connect with staff . I’m see that options of contactless check in is available but not for all. It makes for a less of an experience for many . I worry that the hotel will become just another empty stop along the way. The hotels history is important.

Disliked:No mushroom toast for breakfast . A small thing , but if it’s on the menu it should be available. The avocado toast option was a soggy mess. Eggs need to be added at the last minute to prevent this. And the toast should have been sourdough as it holds itself well. My sunshine breakfast was good though.
