Could have Ben a good place to stay but wasn’t.

Liked:From the mirror in the bathroom you can see the inside rim of the toilet hasn’t been clean. The door latch in room 1109 doesn’t close all the way. The foam pillows are flat as a board.

Disliked:Fix all of the above.
