Liked:The staff and overall experience were strong. The front desk representative—who mentioned she was from Pennsylvania—was especially welcoming and professional. She made check-in smooth and set a great tone for the stay. Overall, customer service stood out as a highlight, and the hotel itself felt comfortable enough for a short stay.

Disliked:There were a few issues that affected the experience. The bed sheets had noticeable lint balls, which made them feel less clean and was unexpected for a hotel. In addition, there were children running through the hallways unsupervised, and at one point they knocked on my door and falsely said there was a fire, which was concerning. It would be helpful if staff monitored hallway activity more closely to prevent disruptions like this.
