A wonderful hotel with an unforgettable atmosphere!!

Liked:The hotel is truly a unique experience! It’s incredibly comfortable and spacious. Even though it was almost at full capacity, you hardly notice because the property is so large and surrounded by beautiful greenery. The staff is amazing, but I would especially like to mention the kindness of Chiara, Tanja, and Selma. They made our stay even more enjoyable..

Disliked:The only reason I gave the hotel a 9 instead of a 10 is the organization of the sunbeds at the beach and the lack of hospitality from some of the beach staff (with the exception of the beach manager). I hope this can be improved because it’s really a pity for such a wonderful hotel to have its excellent reputation affected by this issue.

Disappointed overall and poor value. 4 star hotel at best.

Liked:Room size, balcony and overall design. Staff were very good.

Disliked:Other hotels nearby sharing pool and beach facilities, too crowded. Public access all areas added to the pressure. Beach restaurant very poor food, but staff here were very nice. Breakfast only ok, not really 5 star standard.

Fabulous hotel in beautiful Rovinj

Liked:Design of public areas and room. Great breakfast. Clean spacious pool area with snack bar serving good simple sandwiches etc. Great location although a bit far out of the old town if you want to be in that vicinity. Vast array of facilities and activities at no further cost, plus a great wellness spa

Disliked:People with dogs around the pool area and in the bedrooms. We could hear dogs barking in the morning. Really off putting. People smoking on the outside breakfast terrace area when I was eating. Not good!!!
