Cool night despite heat wave

Liked:This was in the context of a heat wave. The room had air conditioning. It was very clean. Plenty of hot water in the shower. There was a small empty refrigerator in the room and an electric kettle with teabags and instant coffee with powdered milk. The hotel provided drinking water from a tap with glass bottles in the lobby. The bed was very comfortable. The window can be opened. The curtains were opaque. It was quiet (on the courtyard). 2 elevators. Nice breakfast area. Pleasant lobby. Easy to checkin and checkout.

Disliked:It was bare minimum: no hair conditioner, no free slippers. no free chocolate candy on the bed ;)

Liked:Friendly staff and great location

Disliked:Not a 4star property in my view, bed did not even have a mattress protector and AC sounded like it was on its last legs, being very noisy and incapable of actually cooling the room appropriately.
