Disliked:Upon entering our room, I immediately notice that the 2 ceiling light fixture next to the beds were simply light bulbs hanging from the ceiling, apparently the light shades were removed but not replaced. I notified staff and the shades were replaced. Later I noticed that the soffit over the microwave was cracked and dropping from the ceiling. I notified staff and they reported it to engineering. The blackout shade has been ripped and there is a 3-4" slit in the shade. Additionally, the window was extremely difficult to open AND close. I was very disappointed that there were no hot beverages (tea, hot water, hot chocolate, coffee) out for evenings. Finally, parking is now $7 per night but was not mentioned on the site, and it feels like strictly a money grab. Add to that, there is an obviously broken down car that is methodically being stripped for parts and is an absolute eye sore to the venue and the Hilton name. Lastly, we did not get to use our Hilton owners benefits because we ordered on Booking.com instead of directly through Hilton, however, I did not see any notification when I purchased.

Hilmi at the front desk is the exceptionally and consistently excellent employee at this location with integrity, service and kindness par excellence. Great Hotel, Even Better Staff

Liked:We stayed here as part of a wedding party, with the bride and groom having booked a block of rooms, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The pool was great at night, the selection of food and drinks available for purchase at the front desk was super convenient, and the free coffee downstairs in the mornings was a huge win. The lobby also became the unofficial headquarters for the entire wedding party. It was the perfect place for everyone to hang out, catch up, and probably be a little louder than we should have been. But the real stars of the weekend were Debbie and Mackenzie at the front desk. They were absolutely outstanding and easily the best part of our stay. Between a wedding party, a million questions, and what I can only describe as some pretty wild requests, they handled everything we threw at them without batting an eye. They were friendly, patient, incredibly accommodating, and somehow managed to keep smiling through all of it. Seriously, having staff who are that helpful and personable makes such a difference. Debbie and Mackenzie deserve a huge shoutout for putting up with us and making the whole weekend that much better. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back. Great hotel, great atmosphere, and fantastic staff.
