Good ADA Access

Liked:As a para, the ADA room and facilities in general very well thought out from elevator proximity to coffee pot at accessible height. However, the shuttle should be evaluated allowing for wheelchair access as currently no lift on bus - had to contract with 3rd party at significant expense (big miss).

Great business experience and Joey in the lobby was amazing

Liked:Visit this hotel for three days for business meetings. The staff and the venue was perfect. The highlight was Miss Joey in the lobby who isa Hilton Honors Advocate and they consider using Hilton more often. If I had one suggestion for the hotel, it’s to make the Parking easier and allow to use credit cards to get in and out of parking. Not everyone is good with their Cell Phone, which is the only way to pay for parking.
