Disliked:Arrived at the property and somehow they charged me twice for a room and when I let them know they did that they act like they couldn’t reverse the transaction and told me it would be off my account by check out. Here I am a week later and the transaction is still saying pending on my account. Worst staff I ever encountered in my life.
