Horrible

Liked:The guy that was leading pool exercises.

Disliked:Rude staff , specifically the lifeguard . Coffee was the worst I’ve ever had and no coffee machine in the room . Mattress was not comfortable at all . One working elevator for a few hundred people Loud racing bikes at 2 am at night .

Liked:Clean hotel, good location. Good selection of food for dinner buffet

Disliked:The pool was closed for the majority of our stay and we didn't realise until we arrived. Sometimes the elevators were out of service which was difficult for my parents

Good value and good location. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a dog friendly place

Liked:Good location. Appreciated that they let us check in early. Our room was bright, clean and comfortable. Good parking.

Disliked:Awful reception area, gloomy and unwelcoming. It was dog tolerant rather than dog friendly. Our dog was only allowed in our room but not welcome anywhere else.
