Liked:The family room was warm and cosy however you could tell that it wasn't used for some time.

Disliked:The TV remote batteries were finished and had to switch the TV manually while waiting for a good hour for the new batteries from reception, there was no shower caps provided yet you only have showers, one bottle of water for a family is ridiculous.
