Liked:The location of the property was absolutely fantastic just a couple of minutes from the tube and the room was lovely. The only thing I didnt like was we had no receptionist on site, I knew that in advance but I found the codes at the hotel awkward, everything else I loved and we got the hotel for a really good price but probably next time I would pay a little more to have the receptionist in place. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Rome, what a beautiful city with so many things to do, beautiful food, lovely people and amazing central location at the hotel and beautiful weather.

Liked:The contact and communication with the host was done in a timely manner, with detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. The place is well located, specially to visit the Vatican City, nearby a metro station.

Disliked:The air conditioning did not work, the bathroom smelled like it was humid all the time, the electricity went on and off constantly which made it difficult to charge the phone and the mattress was not even.
