A nice hotel with excellent service, a great location, and a fantastic breakfast.

Liked:We had a perfect stay at this hotel in August. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and ideally located near Termini Station. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist us. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of choices. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Lovely staff, but air conditioning did not work effectively

Liked:The location was very convenient and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff were also incredibly kind and accommodating, which is the only reason why I feel bad leaving a negative review! My review is not at all a reflection of the staff. They were all lovely.

Disliked:The room was also quite small, which made the lack of effective air conditioning feel even more uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not adequately cool the space, and given that daytime temperatures were in the upper 90s to 100s F, this made for an incredibly uncomfortable sleeping environment.

Liked:Very nice staff, the room was cleaned every day. There were also various hygiene items in the bathroom. The air conditioner in the apartment also worked well.

Disliked:There were no hot dishes for breakfast. Various products to make sandwiches from and then a large selection of sweet pastries and fruit. We wanted an omelette or something like that.
