Disappointed

Liked:Room was tired and no tea making facilities Breakfast was barely warm and very repetitive Housekeeping came in everyday but missed different areas Reception staff lacked welcoming on arrival however when we reported issues with the room they were prompt at responding The hotel is in a quiet area but is a bus and train ride into Roma about 45 min each journey

Nice comfortable hotel

Liked:This hotel provides everything you could want for a comfortable stay. A little difficult to get to but great breakfast and clean rooms serviced each day. Rome was hot so it would have been nice to have a pool. Another downside is you can not extend your stay at reception, it all has to be done online. Great staff at the hotel who are friendly and accommodating.
