Liked:I had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Roma Centro St. John. The breakfast was rich and offered a great variety of delicious options to start the day. A special mention goes to the reception staff, who were extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is absolutely perfect. I traveled by train, and getting there from Termini Station was incredibly easy and convenient. I will definitely be back!

Short and sweet ok for a night

Liked:Location was great once we got into it as we were early bit of a wait, but they stored luggage and we went out for a wander no probs, room was ok bit small but fine, view of a school playground was a bit weird but didn’t bother us as we were only one night, and up early for flight! Got a welcome drink but bar doesn’t open till 5.30 so was more a teatime drink!

Disliked:Didn’t know about the local tax payable at hotel before hand, I normally know in advance, staff could be quite abrupt but that is also Italians in general don’t think they know there mannerisms come across as rude sometimes 🤷🏻‍♀️

Liked:The building is not “modern” in the strict sense, but it conveys the charm and history of its original structure, with an authentic atmosphere that fits well with the Roman setting. The spaces are practical and well managed, making the stay smooth and hassle-free. The staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay, contributing to an overall very positive experience.
