Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would happily come again

Liked:Breakfast was wonderful ..hot and cold items Bed (including pillows) and room was very comfortable and quiet Staff was pleasant, warm and friendly. Rooftops were beautiful

Disliked:Location was ok. View from hotel is a high brick wall. Quiet side street. Note Monti has some sketchy spots.

Liked:The staff were very kind to provide us with bagged breakfast on our check out day since we were leaving so early. Location was very nice, on a surprisingly quiet street near Termini station. Overall, it very much met our expectations.

Disliked:The rooms were a bit small, but otherwise we had no issues at all.

Fantastic boutique hotel - quiet and safe, yet near major sights and lively Monti neighborhood

Liked:I've travelled to Rome over a dozen times, sometimes for business, once before with family. This is now my favorite hotel. The location is wonderful: quiet and safe — yet close to most major sights and the beautiful, lively Monti district. The staff is top-notch: friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, with seating available on their outdoor garden patio. The rooftop terrace is also spectacular - we spent most evenings there before or after dinner, playing games and enjoying the view with a glass of wine or a soda from the downstairs bar. We travelled as a multi-generational family of 8 (between ages 10 and 74), and the staff kindly arranged rooms close to one another - it was as if we had our own wing. It is a smaller, boutique hotel (43 rooms), which for us was perfect. We also appreciated their car service for getting to and from the airport and to St. Peter's Basilica. We'd book this hotel again in a heartbeat!
