Clean and great location but feels really hot in the summer (aircond isn’t working well)

Liked:Great location and really helpful staffs

Disliked:The aircond wasn’t working and the heatwave was terrible but thankfully staff brought a fan to the room after I mentioned it to him

Good location but very warm uncomfortable stay with non working ACs.

Liked:Cleanliness, close to termini.

Disliked:Hot Rooms in Rome heat in July. ACs don’t work in any of their rooms, which the staff eventually agreed to.

Liked:The staff were friendly and the location was excellent plus they gave me a fan since the ac wasn't working

Disliked:The air conditioner wasn't working so the room was hot and the bed was a little uncomfortable
