Liked:We stayed for 3 nights, pool was lovely and clean, room was clean, basic but had what was needed including a small fridge. Bar and restaurant was very nicely decorated although we can't comment on food as we didn't eat there.

Disliked:We had no hot water in room when we arrived, maintenance took a while to attend even though reception told us he would come in 10 mins it actually took 50 mins. We had to request a room change when he couldn't fix it rather than being offered a new room. Very slow to deal or help. Location was terrible in terms of being in the middle of nowhere. No shops only a bus stop. Costs alot each day in taxi to get to central around £26 euro each way. It was around £44 euro from the airport.

A comfortable and enjoyable stay overall.

Liked:The property was clean, comfortable and very relaxing. I especially liked the pool and garden area, which gave the hotel a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were also welcoming and attentive throughout my stay..

Liked:The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was also good.

Disliked:For a four star hotel, they could have added some extra amenities in the room, such as electric kettle, tea, coffee, cups etc. To keep in mind that the hotel is away from the city centre so you need to take a bus, but the bus is quote unreliable.

Liked:People from staff: They’re very educated, so they’ll always help you with everything you ask them. I needed to print some papers for a rent-a-car, they helped me with smiles on their faces. And there’s always this cleaner that will help you as he can. He’ll clean your room every day as you please. This man doesn’t speak English, but he tries to help you anyway. Facilities are good, but I’d like a bigger TV. Food is good, compared to other restaurants I’ve visited in Rome. ** IMPORTANTE FOR SWIMMING POOL LOVERS ** Check if your number has access to a swimming pool, because if you don’t, you’ll need to pay an extra 18€ every time you enter it.

Disliked:The location of this hotel is not the best. It’s near Rome, but a bus 892 we’ve always needed never came as it’s written on schedule, it was always late or wasn’t even there. That’s the reason we decided to book a rent-a-car. Comfort isn’t a strong point of this hotel. If you want to take a shower after a long day wandering by the streets of this beautiful city. It’ll cost you some time because they almost don’t have warm water. Even so sometimes you get lucky to have it, at some moments water gets hotter than potatoes on a bonfire.
