Disliked:They did not clean the room the next day. They did not had minibar for four star hotel. The aircondition was directed to the head of the bed.

Terrible

Liked:Terrible hotel, the receptionist was extremely rude, our room wasn’t ready till 11 pm, rooms are extremely small and elevator is barely working and barely fits 2 people without luaggage. Total scam. And Again RUDE PEOPLE

For somewhere to put your head down for a couple of nights in a very convenient location it's fine.

Liked:The staff, especially at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Reception warmed to you once they got to know you. Breakfast was ok but at €20 per head and if you do not eat a lot then you would have achieved better value for money at one of Rome's many bars. In fairness there was a good range of food on offer but for example fruit was limited to apples. Scrambled eggs was typical of the type that have to spend a long time in the heated tureen. On the other hand yoghurt choice was good as were the cakes and pastries . Shower was good and nice bathroom. The hotel responded well to my request for a room in a quiet part of the hotel.

Disliked:The air con was poor and whilst clean and well equipped the standard room was very tight on space Bed comfort v average.
