Exceptional hotel, had the most brilliant time, would definitely book again

Liked:The location was fabulous, we we so central! The staff were absolutely lovely and Raphael was very charming! We were there in an intense heatwave and the air conditioning in the room was *exceptional*

Disliked:The only complaint I could make was that it was a shame there was no smart tv for international guests to watch shows when escaping from heat!
