Liked:Location, close to everything but bit scary at night. Hotel was dirty in the common areas and filthy in bedroom, would have checked out but no where to go. Bathroom thick with mould and grime, no plugs in sink or bidet, shower and sink blocked up quickly. Bath mat had black hairs from previous occupant. Two thin towels, never changed over 4 days, no room to open 2 suitcases at same time. Dark, depressing, tiny room, poor lighting and locks. Only a top sheet on bed, nothing else. No toiletries as such, tiny soap bar and tiny sachet of shampoo. Kettle provided but no cups,spoons,tea,coffee facilities, no glasses ,plastic tooth mugs as in cheap collapsible ones. If this is 4 star it must be out of a ranking of 50 stars.

The steps leading to the door needs to be manned so that they can help guests with their heavy suitcases. Getting up tho
