Staff were incredible, great location

Liked:The location was great, near a metro station and lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were great, super friendly and helpful and overall I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel.

Disliked:Facilities were somewhat basic but it’s a 3 star hotel so to be expected.

I was comfortable, and I liked the location of the hotel.

Disliked:No bkfst or coffee available. The beds had no mattress pad, just sheets on the bed. They have a cute balcony and all the plants are dead. :(

Great hotel and good location

Liked:The location was great as it was a 15 minute walk to the colosseum. The only issue was the room was strange. The first bed was in the mini bedroom at the front with the toilet not in the same room as the shower. Overall though, the air conditioning was great, the staff was very friendly, and lots of great food right near the hotel. Bed was comfortable and we got some good sleep. Easy walk from the train station to the hotel.

Disliked:The toilet not being in the same room as the shower and the second bed not in the first one, but it still all worked for us. Great hotel and great location. Definitely recommend.
