Beautiful Hotel with Excellent location

Liked:Beautiful hotel with excellent location. Staff were exceptional and very accommodating. They assisted in setting up taxi service to the airport and even provided to go breakfast for our 3am departure. I would highly recommend. . The hotel is literally right by the Trevi and about an 8 minute walk from the metro. So close to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Spanish Steps as well.
Disliked:The beds were a little uncomfortable.

Will not return to this hotel.

Liked:The Spa looked nice though we didn't use it. The lobby was clean and the breakfast was ok.
Disliked:The room was very dated. Our friends also stayed there and had a room that appeared to have been renovated within the past 5 years. The electrical system wouldn't let my wife use her blow dryer. Every time she turned it on, a fuse blew and power was lost to the room. Even with turning off all lighting in the room. Severe electrical issues with this room. The shower was missing a seal on the bottom of the glass and water would pour out onto the bathroom floor. Additionally the shower nozzle/wand was only able to be used by holding it. The mount on the wall was broken. We mentioned these critical items to the staff and they didn't seem interested resolving the issues. The last item of concern was our king bed. The bedsheet that was supposed to cover the mattress pad was not large enough to fold under the mattress. Because of this the sheet would pull up onto the bed top and I had to be cautious to not end up sleeping on the mattress pad. They need to resolve this issue too. Overall, I don't think this place was worth the money. We have made several trips to rome and had much nicer accommodations for this price.
