Guest Reviews

What Guests Say

8.3

Excellent

108 reviews

Highlights

+Excellent central location
+Friendly, helpful hosts/staff
+Clean rooms and reliable AC
+Spacious rooms
+Good value for money (frequently noted)

Could Improve

–Noise from nearby construction or upstairs neighbors
–Parking difficult or more expensive than expected
–Bathroom maintenance issues (blocked drain, loose toilet seat)
–Kitchen unavailable/under renovation in at least one stay
–Some rooms have limited seating/poor night lighting

Cleanliness7.3

Generally praised as clean and tidy in many reviews (e.g., 'pulizia impeccabile', 'camera pulita'), but several specific maintenance issues were reported (blocked shower drain, ill-fitting/toilet seat) which lower the score slightly.

Service9.1

Hosts and staff repeatedly described as very kind, helpful and responsive (mentions of Riccardo, Stefano and 'team great' / 'host molto gentile'), justifying a high service rating.

Location9.2

Consistently highlighted as a major strength: central Prati location, walking distance to attractions, safe area and many shops/cafés—frequent positives across multiple reviews.

Room Quality7.9

Rooms often described as spacious, bright and with good showers/AC, but some reports note poor lighting, lack of a comfortable lounge chair and occasional maintenance problems, resulting in a solid but not top score.

Amenities7.6

Amenities like AC, coffee machine, small fridge and water machine were appreciated, but there were notable negatives (kitchen under renovation/unavailable, parking issues) which reduce the overall amenities score.

Value for Money8.2

Several guests mention good rapport qualité/prix and excellent value, though a few complaints (parking cost mismatch, one guest feeling misled) temper the rating slightly below the top tier.

Food and Beverage8.3

Not directly discussed as hotel-provided F&B in the reviews (guests mention nearby restaurants and a host-recommended venue), assigned the target rating as F&B is largely unmentioned.

Overall Experience8.8

Majority of reviews describe a very positive stay (highly recommended, fantastic stay, convenient and quiet yet central) despite a minority of issues—resulting in an above-target overall experience score.

Great location

Liked:This room is in a great location of Prati. In the middle of one of the best streets with lots of shops and great cafes. Everything within a very short walking distance. Also, a lovely walk across the Tiber to the main attractions. Very safe area. I really enjoyed my stay.

Disliked:I would've been nice to have a small lounge chair to sit in. There was a chair at the desk but not comfortable to sit in to relax.
