Liked:Nothing. I would strongly advise people to stay away from this hotel. The property had several issues, and the staff never responded to my messages. The lack of communication and poor service made for a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Avoid this hotel .

Exceptional Hospitality and Thoughtful Extras in Rome

Liked:We had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Although the rooms are relatively small, they are beautifully designed and very practical, with everything thoughtfully arranged to maximize comfort and functionality. We also had a lovely little balcony, which was a nice bonus. The hotel went above and beyond with several complimentary extras. We were given free access to the minibar, which was refilled daily, a voucher for a complimentary drink at the hotel bar, and, upon departure, a thoughtful gift of a package of authentic Italian pasta. These small touches made our stay feel even more special. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious, offering plenty of choices each morning. Overall, we felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay and would happily return.

Liked:The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, close to both the metro and bus lines, allowing you to reach the city center and other central areas very quickly. The rooms are tidy, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and the coffee is excellent. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
