Liked:Great breakfast and excellent dining staff. Rooms are very clean and the housekeeping staffs are brilliant.

Disliked:The attitude of the Front office staffs were very poor and unprofessional. Our check in time was 2pm, but I got the room at 3pm. Long time I wait in the lobby. When the room ready, they give me the key and speak in a rough manner, instead of apologize their mistake. Whe I check out they ask extra money. They say I took something from the fridge, but I didn't. Only one person make the issues, not all the staff. The Wi-Fi in the room was very poor.

Convenient, clean and nice, safe neighborhood.

Liked:Breakfast staff and amazing breakfast

Disliked:Difficult to get water from machine. Consider investing in a tap for the hotel for drinking water. Until then two bottles per day of complimentary water should be doable within the price per night.

Overall good option for a short stay

Liked:Overall good value for money. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location was okay. We walked approx. 15 minutes from Roma Termini. But there was also a bus stop close by, so no problem getting around.

Disliked:Breakfast was alright, but also not the best. There was a selection of different items (eggs, bread + toppings, yoghurt + müsli, lots of sweet pastries, juices and coffee), however the quality was just not the best - especially the juices tasted very artificial f.ex.
