Liked:The location- very close to Policlinico metro station (line B) just one metro station away from Termini railway station.A spacious room and spacious bathroom. 24 hour reception, smooth an easy process of check-in and check-out. Very fast and timely online communication with the hotel staff before our arrival. Organized pick-up from the airport in the middle of the night. A rooftop terrace restaurant (extremely delicious pizza). A comfortable bed. A large terrace in our room. All facilities that one might need in a hotel room. A very good breakfast starting early in the morning at 7:00 am. Practically I liked everything about Best Western Plus Globus Hotel and highly recommend it to anyone traveling on business or leisure.

Disliked:There isn't anything that I didn't like.

they need porters to help specially for seniors

Liked:good for a one night stay

Disliked:no help to carry luggages. there are several steps to get to reception area. staff won't leave their desk area kust pointing where to store luggages. elevator is good for one person with 2 luggages only.

Liked:Amazing ac, location and the on site restraint was extraordinary!

Disliked:The pillows were a little stiff, but other than that very comfortable

Overall I everything was good.

Liked:It was very clean and the front desk staff was very friendly

Disliked:The furniture on the room could use some updating. The chairs and the sofa was dated .
