Liked:Spacious and perfectly clean room. The hotel has a nice modern vibe and is in walking distance from Roma Termini. Good airco and fridge in the room, so perfectly climate proof. Friendly and efficient staff. I also stayed here in 2023 and I'll be happy to return when making a next trip to Rome :-) .

Liked:It was a great place. good food. Nice neighborhood and the bed and bathroom where very good.

Disliked:The only bad thing was you could not change the temperature of the AC to anything higher then 24 degrees while outside it was 36 degrees.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish

Liked:I had a really pleasant stay at B&B HOTEL. The service was excellent from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. I made a mistake with my payment, and they were very understanding and promptly refunded me. I also missed breakfast one morning, and they kindly offered to prepare a breakfast box and bring it to my room, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself is very clean, well organized, and comfortable. The cleaning service was also very good, and the staff checked every day to make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, I had a very good experience and felt well taken care of during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
