Liked:The hotel is beautifully located, very clean, stylish, comfortable and perfectly suited for a city break. It is not an enormous hotel, but that is part of its charm — it feels intimate, welcoming and very pleasant to return to after a long day of exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional and helpful, especially the gentlemen at reception, who were always polite, discreet and ready to assist us whenever needed, special thanks for Mr.Marco. everything we experienced was absolutely on point. The rooms were very nice, well kept, clean and comfortable, and the general atmosphere of the hotel was elegant, calm and friendly. Overall, we genuinely recommend art’otel Roma Piazza Sallustio. Beautiful and comfortable hotel, superb staff, great location, excellent breakfast. Good cocktails!

Liked:Beautiful and interesting hotel, loved the art that runs through it all. Our room was lovely, comfortable, spacious and clean. Staff were all exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Location perfect for the Borghese gallery and other sights. Fantastic breakfast too.

Disliked:Nothing could have been improved - the perfect stay.

Liked:The staff were incredibly attentive, flexible, and helpful throughout our stay, and really went out of their way to accommodate us. The housekeeping was also excellent and our room was always exceptionally clean and well maintained. Overall, the level of service really stood out.
