Disliked:I had problems with my taxi entering the hotel to pick me up or leave me security, I said they gave him the order to enter the hotel. Very bad experience

Liked:Exceptional as always.

Disliked:I only dislike that everything closes early, but that’s not the property’s fault. I wanted to continue enjoying myself longer.

Liked:The king room facing the ocean was really nice. It had a great view, comfy beds, nice linens and a huge shower. It was on top of the ice cream shop, but we weren't sharing a wall with any hotel guests so it felt very private. The place is right on the best beach on the island, and our room was about 5 steps to it! The fire show and crab race on Sunday night was one of the highlights of the trip according to our 4 year old. While they dont have a pool, their sister hotel Caribe Tesoro has an amazing pool +cave+swim up bar + water slide that bananarama guests can use for free .

Disliked:The restaurant staff were different people every day and the bartenders were not friendly.

RESERVATIONS MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR ARRIVAL DATE MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Notice of cancelation given prior to 30 days before your arrival will result in a full refund excluding a $50 service fee. Reservations canceled within 30 days but prior to 7 days before your arrival will be credited to you for your use with a 1 year expiration date, excluding a $50 service fee. This credit can be transferred to another party. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival or do not show up on the date of your reservation, you WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND OR CREDIT for payments made. Although we will make every effort to assist you, the resort cannot be responsible for delays in your arrival due to flight and/or travel delays.
