Liked:Karen Snyder on reception was very helpful, the young man that changed shift with her, while polite, was not at all focused.

Disliked:Tv was broken however Karen kindly made sure I got a new room

Great stay regardless of inconvenience

Liked:The staff at this hotel are incredible. So friendly and helpful. The pool was open but not heated. We were told the heater was not working. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable.

Disliked:The pool was cold because the heater needs to be fixed. My daughter loved it no matter what temperature but it was too bad.
