Uncomfortable due to air con not working

Liked:Good location & clean

Disliked:No air conditioning for 3 nights made the nights unbearable. This was a priority for us when booking. No offer of any compensation which given how uncomfortable our stay was is very poor as a premium is charged for properties with this facility.

Disliked:Well, I definitely wouldn't recommend this for business travelers. Why? I booked and paid for the hotel through Booking! Now I'm expecting an invoice! I'm not getting one. Even after contacting the hotel! No chance! Absolutely outrageous! Now I have to write off this amount again! I do not recommend this unacceptable practice,
