Disliked:My account had been debited before my arrival at the hotel but the hotel insisted I pay the same amount again as the initial debit was supposed to guarantee the booking. I couldn't understand why the initial payment couldn't be taken as payment for my stay. The debit is supposed to be reversed but it is yet to be done as of today, the 5th day after my departure. Also, basic utilities like an electric kettle were not available in the room.

Liked:Great location on the beach and near to restaurants. Good breakfast buffet with a variety of options. Wifi was decent.

Disliked:Bed was not very comfortable and the shower leaked so the bathroom flooded every time.

Liked:Tropical is very well located. Its a average hotel with good amenities and a great location! Staff us very polite and welcoming and they have a decent breakfast and pool.
