Liked:Nothing cause there was a mess up with my reservation and also headoffice did not speak to the hotel about me coming before hand to insure I get a my complimentary presidential suit experience and was met with again just no respect

Liked:Loved the breakfast provided, friendly staff who understood and were able to communicate in English. Modern interior with nice clean bathroom 👌🏾

Disliked:Bathroom sink wasn’t working, had to contact the guys several times to fix it. The cleaners do not run a full proper clean up - restock new fresh towels, unclog the clogged sink, left dishes from the previous night in the room after cleaning. It didn’t feel like they cleaned the place…they just did the beds. It’s a distance (40 min drive minimum) from a lot of tourists spots.

I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Liked:The fact that the property is a walking distance to the mall and mode of transport were easily accessible.

Disliked:I didn’t like that there were no utensils when we want to drink coffee and the wooden sticks that are used as utensils don’t really do the job properly.
