DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! It’s not worth your health to stay here

Liked:From the doorway it looked like the pictures online. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Disliked:Well where do I start. It was a “NON-SMOKING” room that smelled like a 1990s bar. The sheets where definitely NOT changed as it has hair and dirt in the bed, pillow case look like it had blood on it. Thankfully we always bring some of our own just in case. The ac didn’t work we set the ac at 60 the lowest it would go and we still sweat like crazy. The room didn’t look like it has been cleaned, dusted, mopped etc in forever. There were little holes in the ceiling, the shower rod was held up with black electrical tape, and the walls had nasty shit running down them. My husband tried to talk to the cleaning staff the next morning and they laughed and said that room is almost never rented. The front desk did t even wanna hear anything when my husband turned in the key. We have stayed in A LOT of hotels all over the country and this had to be by far the worst we have ever stayed in. Thankfully we were only there for a couple hours as it was just a spot to get a shower and sleep on our way to the next destination. Over all it’s definitely not worth the money you pay even though it was a cheap hotel. ( I WISH OT WOULD PWT ME LOAD MORE THAN 4 PICTURES).

WE DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL - IT WAS CLOSED DUE TO A POWER FAILURE

Disliked:Tim Wirtley <twirtley@gmail.com> Hello, We did NOT stay at this hotel in Ridgeland, SC the night of 2/13 because when we arrived, the hotel office was dark and locked. We knocked and a woman answered who told us the hotel was shut down due to a power failure. She advised us to contact OYO directly. I called OYO within an hour of having this conversation with the woman at the hotel. The OYO representative stated that he could not give us a refund until he had confirmed separately that the hotel was, indeed, shut down. He said that he would contact us again within 48 hours. WE HAVE NOT YET heard back from anyone at OYO. Is anyone at Booking.COM able to help us get a refund on our booking? You can contact me on this email thread, or feel free to call me on my US cell at 513-464-0666 and leave a voicemail if I do not answer. Thanks
