Suit our purpose

Liked:Nice location for transiting and staff were friendly & helpful

Disliked:1 lift did not work and the other stopped working which meant using the stairs from the 11th floor. House keeping were also using the question lifts. Not all rubbish was cleared from the hallways after house keeping went through

WORST time I stay with Radisson! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Disliked:- Filthy: pubic hair, multiple blood stained on sofa bed, bedsheets and cushions. - No proper blanket for sofa bed: only towel like blanket, not duvet blanket. - ALL elevators BROKE !! Must take stairs and harsh on my senior parents. - Rotary door over sensitive: My mom just halfway step in and the door started turning. The door hits on her and she felt on the ground. - Towel bar broken, they just ask someone to put it back on wall but cannot use it. Just for looks!!

This hotel is not a good value for the money.

Liked:Location and cleanliness.

Disliked:1. There are only two elevators, and one is closed for my whole week stay, just one available. On 5/30, even that only one is broken. Instead of opening the service elevator for emergency use, guests are told to use the stairs! Terrible! 2. Dirty cups and plates in the room were not cleaned daily. Some days they are left in the room and no replacement.
