don't bother. its adequate until you count the stars

Liked:It is very hard to find something that is 5 star here.. there are much better 3 stars. The staff are nice although not smart- there is obviously no uniform for staff. the waiting staff in particular although nice look disgusting and are swearing through there ripped shirts it looks very bad especially around food. only 2 waiting staff look clean one older guy in black and one guy in a tie. the food is just disgusting really 2 star quality. warm salad, 1 type of vegetable every night - sometimes lucky with carrots or unlucky with Brussel sprouts lol, hardly any deserts and if there is its jelly. show cooking is a joke - deep frying frozen fish or grilling frozen patties. at least take them out the box so the customers cant see lol. all the buffet food is stored around the back of the restaurant which is probably why all the cold food is warm by the time you eat it. Its just awful for 5 star. there is only 1 restaurant the 2 pop up ones is the same food just taken from the buffet one and put on a plate. Italian restaurant is collapsing and no one was there entertainment is a joke too all in French wasn't advertised anywhere... i mean fair enough if it was in Greek, but French, why? pools were ok/clean although uncomfy sunbeds on very uneven land. lots of ants and midgies around the pools but its Greece and there is lots of nature around so there's nothing you can do about that cant really complain. there is no beach as in the photos just some rocks so don't expect anything there. rooms are big but musty and way to outdated - again for a 5 star, would expect it in a 2 or 3 star. drinks are rubbish too nothing is branded and the beer taste different depending on what bar you get it from lol. gin and tonic is just flat because the gin is filled with water - i hope it was bottled water at least. the hotel is the middle of no where but people should realise this before they book no ones fault. anyway if you can avoid it just do.., its cheaper than every other 5 star in Greece but that's because its not 5 star the hotel obviously only got judged on facilities.. e.g spa, sea front, 3 restaurants (but thats rubbish its the same food lol) PS the sunset view that lasts 10 minutes is probably 5 star so ill give them that. also tourist tax they charge is 5 star (not good).

Avoid u less. You wish to come back with scabies (bedbugs) as diagnosed my hospital

Liked:1 as came home and contacted scabies from hotel room. Hotel not much help in matter So spent money on a holiday that was not a great customer journey. Lost earning etc Would not recommend this hotel. Hotel surrounding areas not much about and the food was so so and reused alot.

This hotel is the most disgusting filthy rundown flea pit you could possibly imagine!

Liked:Never in my life have I been to such a disgusting filthy run down sespit! The rooms were filthy, we wouldn’t take a shower in the shower because it was covered in mould from floor to ceiling. The sink had slime all round the tap where it hasn’t been cleaned and the toilet seat was broke.All the window pains had blown so you could barely see through them and not just in our room but all over the hotel. To add to that the food was inedible, I had a plate of cold chips on our first night and the drinks were utterly vile. The wine didn’t taste of wine and the tonic was so awful I couldn’t even have a G&T. The tonic was one of those pump things that they could click the button and serve different soft drinks. Whether it was just the tonic was awful or the pipes were filthy like everywhere else I don’t know. That might explain the upset stomach after the first night. Overall the hygiene levels were disgusting in the restaurant and people were heating up their food in the microwave.The next day we contacted easyJet who wouldn’t do anything to help us so we were left with no choice but to leave and go to another hotel at our own expense! We went to a beautiful 3* hotel close to Rhodes Town which was far superior and spotlessly clean. We are currently in negotiations with EasyJet for compensation. Please ignore anyone who has said this hotel is not so bad, it really is!!!!!!!
