Being just steps away from the crystal-clear sea made every morning feel like a dream. The comfort of the rooms and the impeccable service provided by the incredibly friendly staff created an atmosphere of pure relaxation and warmth.The culinary experience was the undisputed highlight. The hotel offers a magnificent array of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine that is truly soul-satisfying. We indulged in an endless variety of authentic dishes: perfectly grilled souvlaki, creamy moussaka, fresh horiatiki salad, and delicate dolmades. The assortment of fresh fruits, decadent desserts like baklava, and refreshing local beverages was simply staggering.The entertainment team brought so much joy to our stay with engaging animation that never felt intrusive.

Don’t trust what’s advertised

Liked:Came here on a late booking and didn’t get anything that we expected or was advertised on booking sites.! 7 of us 2 adults 2 children (12&7) family room 2adults 1 child (10) bungalow On checking into the family room was no better than what butlins have to offer, dirty bed sheets, dressing table falling apart, light fittings barely fixed to the walls above children’s beds. The bungalow was infact a top floor room, air conditioning and tv didn’t work, bathroom looked like it hasn’t seen a cleaning brush for years! Asked reception to move rooms and was told they only have their superior rooms available at a cost of €60 per night. We agreed but wouldn’t say it was worth the cost other than having your own pool out the front. Costing a total of €840 for two rooms! 1hour after arrival! Food is very basic, almost the same options every night, kids lived off spaghetti and fried, snack bar might aswell be called the fruit & ice cream bar as offers zero hot food! Drinks are all watered down hardly tasting of anything even without the ice. One barman even said they don’t have many of the products needed for the cocktails so he makes them up the best he can!! Asked reception for bottles of water to which the staff member replied the hotel have to buy bottles so you have to buy also from the market! We are all inclusive and still have to buy bottles of water in a country where you can’t drink their tap water!! They also have a beach front bar called the sky bar. This isn’t included in the all inclusive package even during the all inclusive hours. All entertainment is in French and the animation team make no effort to include others even to the fact one of their team ask if we was going to a show to then hear another animation staff member say no they are British! Kids clubs was never open the whole time we was here again animation team not even making an effort to get kids involved or having fun. The resort needs a lot of work, has nothing outside to offer other than fields. 50mins taxi from Rhodes town at a cost of €75 each way. From previous experiences going to 5* hotels this is nowhere near 5* would struggle being a 3* to be honest. Thankfully the sun was doing its job which is the only good thing about our stay here! Definitely won’t be returning or recommending!!
