Seniors or people with any lifting issues should not book here.

Liked:The staff was very nice and helpful.

Disliked:It was under construction which would not have been bad other than we had a ton of stuff to take to the room and the elevator was broken. Construction started right under our room at 9 am and was like it was in the room with us. There should be some type of information regarding this when booking. I would not have booked knowing all of the above.

Fine but wouldn’t necessarily recommend.

Liked:The room was a good size. I liked that the sink area was separate from the bathroom. The pool was heated. There was a good selection for breakfast.

Disliked:They weren’t prepared for us upon arrival. We were originally given a key to a room was already occupied and thankfully stopped by staff before we entered it. The room we finally ended up in had a dead bolt that wouldn’t work. The hot tub wasn’t heated. The elevator was broken and we were staying with three young children so we had a lot of stuff that needed to be brought up. It was odd that the exercise equipment was on the deck of the pool.

The stay worked out because the staff were able to accommodate us during the remodel.

Liked:We stayed here last year when visiting our family in St. Anthony, so decided to stay here this year. But when I booked this hotel in Feb of 2026, I was not aware it would be under construction for remodeling. They had us in a room on the 3rd floor but the elevators were out. However, the nice woman at the desk found us a room on the 1st floor, thank goodness. We appreciated the staff allowing us to bring our grandchildren to the pool. I'm not sure why the pool water was being recirculated and not filtered properly, but everyone seemed to have survived. The hot tub wasn't working with hot water. I hope the remodel gets done. The staff are very nice and we had everything we needed.

Disliked:Filter the pool water properly. Fix the hot water in the hot tub. Let patrons know that you're remodeling and/or your elevator is not working. Thank you.
