A nice hotel with comfortable suites and beds, feels more like a condo than a hotel room!

Liked:I really enjoyed staying here. I was very pleasantly surprised by the full kitchen that was well stocked and very practical, including a dishwasher, stove, larger than hotel standard fridge, and lots of counterspace! There was a kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, mugs, a french press, coffee, tea, tableware, cooking utensils, and CoffeeMate already chilled in the fridge. It also blew me away when I discovered I had my own washer and dryer with a little box of Tide all ready to go in my room; it was so, so nice to be able to do a load of laundry and be able to pack my clothes back into my suitcase clean and ready. The bed was literally the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in in any hotel or airbnb, and everything was clean. The bathrooms were spacious with two sinks, a full length mirror, and a large, spacious shower with L'Occitane shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I was so impressed and felt so pampered by the extras: L'Occitane products and vanity kit / lotion / body loofah / soap that actually smelled fresh and clean, thick, fluffy, clean towels in abundance, heated tile floors in the bathroom, terry cloth robes, slippers, lots of large fluffy pillows on the bed, extra covers in the closet, a cozy gas fireplace, and a balcony with a little table and chairs where I could sit and enjoy my morning coffee. The staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient from start to finish. I stayed here overnight on the way to a different destination, and then stayed here again 2 days later on the way home, and it was all wonderfully consistent each time. We also saw an outdoor pool and what appeared to be 2 outdoor hot tubs and 2 saunas as well but we didn't use any of them on this trip. There was room service from the Rockford Bar & Grill onsite which we did utilize and although it doesn't have an extensive menu, we managed to find a couple of things to eat.
Disliked:The parking situation was a bit challenging. We stayed in Building 3, but were assigned parking in P2, which sounded confusing at first. The hotel is large and has several buildings so it felt like a bit of a maze. Thankfully, we ran into wonderful staff that went above and beyond to help us, though! The food from the Rockford Bar and Grill was decent, but we found it to be a little too small of a menu / variety / selection and a lot of it to be deep fried.

Great slopeside location at the center of the expanding Revelstoke Mountain Resort village.

Liked:We upgraded to a one-bedroom unit and loved the space and the full-kitchen. We loved having two bathrooms. lots of closet space and a fireplace. The location at the gondola base was excellent and convenient to restaurants/bars and bakery.
Disliked:Some of the lighting placement was a bit wacky.

Our stay exceeded our expectations!

Liked:Location convenient to gondola, upscale room amenities, spacious, fireplace! Nice to have inside parking and ski valet!
Disliked:Pool and hot tub were a bit far from the building we stayed in (building one) but the hot tub in our building was good. Parking spot in the garage was a bit tight, but typical for a parking garage.
