Nice place, but don't trust the staff

Liked:Comfortable bed and nice room

Disliked:Staff that lied about the availability of a shuttle, then lied again when I called back, then lied again on the third opportunity just before telling me I should call their shuttle driver directly (completely trying to take themselves out of the screw up)

Bait and Switch

Liked:Room was set up well. The listing makes it look like parking is available on site. Which then leads a person to believe it is free, like any other hotel of this style. No, it's not. No other parking option except their lot and they charge an additional $10 per night at check in. Crazy! Bait and Switch.

Disliked:Charging $10 per night for a parking spot when the lot is the only option. Bait and Switch. No mention of this additional cost until you dig further into the facility offerings. Free wifi, free breakfast, free pool. But if you want to park the car that you had to use to get there, that will cost you!
