Tranquil and Comfortable Place Near Monsaraz

Liked:The slower pace, peacefulness, and beautiful countryside was exactly what I was seeking, after having been on the go through Porto, Lisbon, and other parts of Portugal. My room and bathroom were spotless, the bed was made up beautifully, and I had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and hot water was plentiful. Rita was welcoming and helpful; she let me do my laundry and even ironed a shirt for me! her homemade bread at breakfast was delicious! The pool also looked very inviting but it was still too cold to get in the water when I was there. I liked the convenience of being able to drive to nearby Monsaraz, while still having plenty of time to chill out in my room and on the property.

Disliked:That I had to rent a car in Evora to get there.

Liked:Quiet, cozy, super clean, super friendly, lots of privacy, easy access to everyrhing around but you still feel right in nature, nothing but vineyard and fields around. Each room has a little private balcony to eat or relax in front of the view/yard

Disliked:Nothing really, was a perfect balance between country house vacation and touristy needs
