Property very nice, staff need better training

Liked:Room was great. Burger in lounge was yummy.

Disliked:Mouthwash had been opened - yuk. At check-in I was not informed we were eligible for free breakfast. I found out when I asked at checkout. And I think there was a mix up with rooms as our keycard stopped working. They reactivated but then phoned us to come down with Identification. I had presented ID at checkin but it was ignored.

Liked:It’s within good walking distance from Mosaic Stadium

Disliked:Room was very dated and old, our faucet handle broke, the whole room could’ve used some air. Very stale, not worth 200$

Will definitely stay here again, just enough with extra fees!

Liked:Convenient, well kept and great amenities. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Love streaming options instead of boring old cable.

Disliked:I didn’t like that you have to pay for a late or early check in. That’s a money grab and I don’t appreciate that considering the cost of a hotel room already. Either you can accommodate or not.
